RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Merchandise must be return shipped within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a refund. If you are exchanging, you must email our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org or simply reply to your order confirmation email with the details of your exchange.
In order to qualify for a return your item(s) must meet these requirements:
All tags must be attached.
Items must not have been worn or damaged or washed.
Items with visible wear and tear or use cannot be returned.

Christina Karin reserves the right to decline the return of items if the above terms have not been followed. Christina Karin also reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy processing deadline of 14 days.
